As the year wraps up it seems a lot more exciting to me to launch something new rather than the usual end-of-year activities like reflection and commiserating. Of course, this isn’t a new idea—or even a launch for that matter—but publishing a new website in the era of Facebook pages feels pretty groundbreaking, so let’s celebrate regardless.
There is a longer story of Bones & Wire, but the short story is I’ve always felt the “extracurricular” activities I performed as an aside to my primary career of playing drums for other people deserved a name, or at least a business checking DBA. And every good name deserves a website, in my opinion, so here we are.
The new year will hopefully include a new recording space in my home, likely introduce to you some new music, and definitely offer some goofy asides I work on in my spare time. Let’s be in touch.
